Re: FindText - Capture screen image into text and then find it Topic is solved

Hello, I missed you guys! :D So... my script is working very well with lowercase and uppercase letter recognition (it ignores the space, but for now it is working without problem for me). The problem was when I needed to find NUMBERS, it does not recognize. Maybe something needs to be changed, can a...

About ahkFunction

Hello again! I'm now studying how to get a function outside the thread so that it works inside the thread. But the example of this link (https://hotkeyit.github.io/v2/docs/commands/ahkFunction.htm) is very confusing, could someone explain me in a simpler way by following the example below? Please! #...

About AhkThread (Parent, Child and Sibling)

Hello, Sorry for not translating my study into English, I believe you all can understand. My question is about changing variables between child threads, in the example below everything works, but when I try to get the sibling variable it is not catching, can someone help me sort it out, please !? #N...

Re: About Dynamic variable in AhkThread Topic is solved

You include them all in the object and you can add another object if needed. You can also add more keys to the object afterwards, just make sure that you access them via CriticalObject (VarCrit). Hi! Could you show an example of where to include? You have created an Obj ( Obj: = {} ) I believe it i...

Re: How to share variables between threads? Topic is solved

since u didnt specify here it is for v2, q / w to increment from main and thread, respectively: CritObj := CriticalObject({"counter": 0}) SetTimer(() => ToolTip(CritObj.counter), 10) Thread := AhkThread(" ( CritObj := CriticalObject(A_Args[1]) w::++CritObj.counter )", &CritObj "") q::++CritObj.coun...

Re: About Dynamic variable in AhkThread Topic is solved

Ty HotKeyIt I just have one more question, please. I use the structure of my program very much like the way I presented it, and the one you showed me has some changes that I found interesting but I can not understand how to adapt, for example, new variables within the CriticalObject. I'm trying here...

About Dynamic variable in AhkThread Topic is solved

Hello guys! I'm experiencing a problem to add Dynamic variable within the AhkThread. In the code below the program reads a .txt file that has columns and rows, I need to present the same information it presents in the CheckScript: label but it does not recognize the dynamic variable. Script.ahk Gui,...

ListView with specific ImageIcon

Hi guys! I'm developing a small program that saves information that the user adds. I'm trying to add different images according to what the user chooses in ListView, but it is not working. When I add a new line, it repeats the same image as the last one added on all lines. I can't correctly understa...

Re: Security in combination of Hotkey with AhkThread()

Therefore you can use CriticalSection Hello bro! I've noticed Ctrl , Alt and Shift are canceled (if it's being pressed), when some other process executes the SEND command. In my test, I pressed Ctrl while AhkThread() was running with a check, when it needed to execute the command, it left a shortcu...

Help to understand Hotkey Script Topic is solved

I have a script that I'm trying to understand and fix because it's memorizing the Hotkey that is configured and still executing even when disable SetTimer. I can change Hotkey, but when I return to the previous one, it does not work (see the gif below) I can't understand the problem, and I need some...

Re: AutoGUI not working as intended anymore - "Show/Hide Preview Window" broken

I was tripped up by this as well. Brand new to AHK and working on my first "program". One more note for others that are new to AutoGUI and are getting stuck with F11 "Show/Hide Preview Window" not working. You need to close the .AHK file BEFORE doing File > Import GUI > Parse Script > your.AHK file...

Re: Security in combination of Hotkey with AhkThread()

Sorry for duplicate post, but I understood how SEND logic works. Each time it is triggered, it "unlocks" any other Alt , Ctrl or Shift key that is being pressed by the user or by another AhkThread(). The problem that may be happening to me is that the moment another Hotkey needs to be triggered, ano...

Re: Security in combination of Hotkey with AhkThread()

Keys such as Alt, Ctrl, Shift are global keys. Doesn't matter where you press them, it will affect all keys sent. Is not a problem with ahk_h nor threads. Yes, I understand that the problem is not ahk_H. I need to know if there is any safe way to avoid this. :| So in that case, if I set the Hotkeys...

Security in combination of Hotkey with AhkThread()

Hello guys! When creating multiple AhkThread(), the combination of some keys that are pressed by an AhkThread() will be combined with other keys that are pressed in the other AhkThread(), or if you press manually while an AhkThread() is being read (example below). The question is, is there any safe ...
