Re: zbarimg Topic is solved

I wrapped a function a couple years back that I used with windows zbarimg.exe. Not sure if it still works: zbarpath = ; *full path to zbarimg.exe* imgpath = ; *full path to barcode image* command = "%zbarpath%" --raw "%imgpath%" value := GetStdOutAll( command ) msgbox % value GetStdOutAll( cmd ) { D...

Re: Datetime is not changing to what I pick

You can pre-select a date by using the Choose option like this: Gui, Add, DateTime, x120 y690 vPtdDate Choose20250802 See Choose for more info. To return the picked time try using a g-label like this: Gui, Add, Text, x7 y690, PTD Date: Gui, Add, DateTime, x120 y690 vPtdDate gGetDate Gui, Show return...

Re: Can windows have 2 different IDs???!? Getmousepos not equal to WinActive

I keep forgetting which function/commands need which. It's A LOT to memorize! No worries, I've been using AHk for years and I still make mistakes. #If ( MouseIsOver( "Chrome_WidgetWin_1" ) and !WinActive( "ahk_class Chrome_WidgetWin_1" ) ) ^F5:: MsgBox Window IDs: OverTitle = %OverTitle%`n`nAWindow...

Re: CDO COM - slow script execution when sending email to multiple recipients

If i set it between quotes I'll become an error message If you don't use quotes with the := operator, AHk should throw an error: The leftmost character above is illegal in an expression. if you need a quoted list: ListOfUsers := "[email protected].com; [email protected].com; [email protected].com; [email protected].com; [email protected].com" msgb...

Re: Can windows have 2 different IDs???!? Getmousepos not equal to WinActive

When I use the MouseGetPos to obtain the window ID of the active window that the mouse is currently over and then, when I use the WinActive(A), the two IDs are different!!! How exactly are you using them? Something Like this? Loop { MouseGetPos,,, PosWin Tooltip % PosWin " " WinActive( "A" ) } Esca...

Re: ComObjCreate how read out this

Try changing the conditional statements to: If InStr( status, "red" ) and If InStr( status, "green" ).
Instr() will check if either words reside within status.

Also remove the % from status like this: status := wb.document.getElementsByClassName("info-crc").text

Re: New to AHK & script writing, need help on project

Hi Chris, I have so time today to work on the script and have some updates. I tried this change and it seems to work beautifully on the log with this issue. This is the change I made: if ( pallet_prid && !pallet_quantity ) pallet_quantity := Floor( xO.Range( "B" QtyRowObj.Row ).Value ) This is fine ...

Re: New to AHK & script writing, need help on project

Thanks for that info! I'm trying to find tricks for the comparison function ;) It's okay regarding the the duplicate issue, I've already fixed it. This is actually a good find as every line from a log was being pushed to the array PidArray . Depending on the size of the log, the script could have po...

Re: New to AHK & script writing, need help on project

if the pallet ID repeats itself elsewhere in the log file (vs. just a repeat within the same block of scans without other pallets in between) it can create a duplicate entry. The script looks for duplicates that occur directly after the current scan as this was how the original log was structured. ...

Hey Chris quick question, does the computer that you're running the ProcessLogFile script on have Ms Word standalone or in Ms Office?
Thanks
