Code: Select all

class staticSingleton {
 ...
 	static time[] => this._time ? this._time : this._time := a_tickcount
...
}
Another question: What do the square brackets after time mean? (static time[]) :wtf: Haven't found this in documentation (yet??)...

Re: Singleton and access to class members Topic is solved

Thanks Helgef - your answer makes me to study the new object implementation in depth - which is really a huge change to older versions. I just even scratched the surface ... class staticSingleton { static new() { throw } static __new() { time := 0 this.defineprop 'time', { get : (*) => time ? time :...

Re: Came across Visual Studio Code the other day

Writing to the output tab should usually be done via writing to STDOUT from your application. Within AHK you write to STDOUT using FileAppend Unfortunately there seems to be a few problems with catching stdout from VSCode .... (see for example: process.stdout.write calls don't show in the console fr...

Where to find AutoHotkeySC.bin? Topic is solved

I am searching for a dowload location for AutoHotkeySC.bin (both: x32, x64) for AutoHotkey 1.1.30.x .... I don't want to use the SETUP-Version for 1.1.30.x , but I am rather looking for a ZIPPED-Version of AutoHotkey 1.1.30.x, containing both AutoHotkeySC.bin versions (in the way as AHK2 x.x.x ist p...

@tac109: Thx for the hints! You're right: there has been confusion about what means "install" ...
I just changed my folder structure according your first suggestion - and now it looks as it works as I expected. Will have to test more thoroughly, but yet it looks fine! :dance:

Re: Upcoming Ahk2Exe Changes (2019)

Ahk2exe should be installed as stated in the first post of this topic, i.e. the Compiler sub-directory under where AutoHotkey has been installed. (Usually C:\Program Files\AutoHotkey\Compiler\.). It's a real pity, that Ahk2exe requires a fixed structure / a real installation of AutoHotkey (includin...

[a104] Bug: Gui.Options() Topic is solved

Related to AutHotkey2 a104 Method Gui.Options() does not work anymore - Gui.Opt() has to be used instead. As documentation states, both variants ( Gui.Opt() or Gui.Options() ) should work ... This is either a bug in AHK2 a104 itself (both variants should work) . or in documentation of a104 ( Gui.Opt...

Re: AHK Unit Testing

You are welcome to create some unit tests. If they can be completely automated, I will use them. I have unit tests for Object.ahk, which don't work anymore because they're written for a previous alpha. Yunit was a bit troublesome since Yunit uses objects, and Object.ahk changes the way they work. I...
