Re: A Trello organisation for ahkscript

joedf wrote:@Hoppfrosch hmm you are right, ok. :)
But how do we "transfer" the current discussions?
Or do I have manually "copy"? I could if need be ;)
You can change the organization the board belongs to in Settings of the board ... This can be used to migrate the board from AHKScript to AutoHotkey

Re: A Trello organisation for ahkscript

Hmmm.. True. :P well, I did want/try to join a long time ago... But there's was no way... :P Then now, since there was a discussion in the staff forum about making a trello for ahkscript.. For site changes, then there is lib-thingy..."revolution".. And etc.. Basically, I felt that it was sorta aban...

Re: pAHKlight - Your Lightweight Guide to AHK libs+classes+t

That's a good idea, and maybe if we make all libraries hosted in ahkscript, in case of abandon.. :) It would be downloaded directly from the "official repo" here.. I'm not quite sure, which path to go ... For the sake of maintainance and availability, it would be ideal to have all "libs" concentrat...

[Gist] Alternative interfaces to gist.github.com

For those who use gists to store sourcecode, I want to mention 2 alternative interfaces: Gisto - standalone tool (to be installed locally) GistBox - WebInterface Both of them offer a sexy interface - and allow the gists to be tagged .... I personally prefer Gisto (at least at the moment) for two rea...

Re: Is year a leap year

What you are doing is performing a logical AND on the differnt MOD-Functions: a:= !Mod(1604,100) ; results in a = 0 b:= !Mod(1604,400) ; results in b = 0 c:= !Mod(1604,4) ; results in c = 1 x: = a && b && c ; results in x = 0 You might try this instead: MsgBox % "The year 1604 was " . (LeapYear(1604...

Re: pAHKlight - Your Lightweight Guide to AHK libs+classes+t

Otherwise: are you really going to test each entry with AHK Basic, AHK 32 Ansi/Unicode, AHK 64-bit just to be sure. Or are you going to guess it by glancing at the code (no DLL calls so should be OK for 32/64 bit) or just take the authors word for it? Edit: unless - could you or someone else come u...

Re: pAHKlight - Your Lightweight Guide to AHK libs+classes+t

I think vaili111 and nnnik comments aim into the same direction: How about "forced" libs. AHK definitely needs to sort all usermade scripts and functions and make good documentation. But it will not be standard library, it will be collection of scripts and functions. I think AHK also needs real stan...

Re: pAHKlight - Your Lightweight Guide to AHK libs+classes+t

1a: I'd like to see them - unless they should be standardized as suggested. In my opinion searching anything is so much easier with PROPER tags 1b: no preference 2: I'm biased - as I suggested this ... ;-) 3. No special need for sequential numbers (anything goes). What I meant is: don't use the cont...

Re: pAHKlight - Your Lightweight Guide to AHK libs+classes+t

Started testing yesterday - looks already usable. Unless I personally would like to see a "big solution" (like Tuncays or maul.esels), I must admit that these solution need a big maintainance effort - which no one is willing to burden for a long period ... So let's start with this small solution. Th...

@people_who_have_a_rpsetta_account: Wouldn't it make sense to update the AutoHotkey-Category page with following: Remove obsolete link to autohokey.net Remove obsolete link to old wiki (replace by new one?) Re: New Home page up

Just a question: Shouldn't we keep the announcement section free from discussion - and have only announcements here? Lately the announcement forum has a lot of new posts - and no real announcement. This might lead to overseeing some real important announcements. IMHO The discussion might/should be o...
