Re: « What's on your mind? »

Patience regarding "what" exactly ? Is there an explanation of what is being considered somewhere ? Even a cursory reading of Aesop's Fables reveals that tigers NEVER change their stripes. After the miraculous (re)birth of the ahkscript.org courtesy of Tank et al, there seems no reason to even ponde...

@garry and @AlphaBravo,

I just tried both of these methods and they work like a champ :)

As garry graciously notes; AlphaBravo, your suggestion is a valuable insight.

Thank you gentlemen.

Re: {Split topic} On continuing support for AutoHotkey 1.0

Evolution is frequently ascribed to "changes based on the environment". In truth evolution is actually changes "that improve survivability". The change happens first and the rewards come after. v1.1 adds, IMHO, the capabilities that will cause it to be used by progressively more people. In a sense, ...

Perhaps adding the "Disabled" option to the underlying Progress control will produce the desired result.

Coco; this is really cool.
Is this using an actual "player" for the movie ?
If yes, then is it possible to expose a time elapsed bar ?
Either way, thank you for posting.

You guys are technical heavy weights; likely the heaviest round these parts. Me, not so much. I'm just a business puke who uses AHKScript to produce results quickly. As a business person however I am keenly interested in the "trajectory" of products. It feels like folks will turn around in a few yea...

Wow, this is a tremendous help, Kon: I think that __Get is only invoked when no matching key is found Doh ! This was absolutely the FIRST time I "thought about it" that way. Jigga: Here is an example from the docs: I have read the Objects page scores of times and was concluding the exact same thing....

Thanks for any help understanding. #SingleInstance , Force MyInstance := New MyClass MyInstance.key1 := "val...

Agreed. Each more intruiging than the last.

LinearSpoon's recursion makes good sense.

The simple inclusion of an asterisk "*" in the uname's example is curious.

uname; may we trouble you for an explanation of the asterisk's role as it seems not to work when absent ?

Thanks.
