[Solved] COM INK control issues. KeyUp, KeyDown and KeyPress

Been at this for a few hours now, no idea what is going on. My goal: detect when a user presses a key, like enter (0x0D) and then do stuff. I could simply use Enter:: inside and #if, but thats cheating. I want to know why these built-in events are not working. KeyUp() and KeyDown() don't even work. ...

Re: CAE: Certified AutoHotkey Engineer

Also, if it's free, where's the motivation to write a 300+ page book in detail? Probably in the same place as the motivation to continually code a free, open source automation language. I like the idea of re-opening donations, even though neither Lexikos nor tank has ever asked. :) I keep dem...

Re: CAE: Certified AutoHotkey Engineer

Reason I mentioned $$$ was this could have a (slim) chance of being (or atleast looking) 'professional'. Like the Sun Certified Java Programmers Exam (SCJP) or whatever. If it's free, might aswell get some construction paper, glue and glitter and make it yourself :P Also, if it's free, where's the m...

Re: CAE: Certified AutoHotkey Engineer

forgot to link a concept I've had for an interactive tutorial for years now, since before I made the tutorial remake. Using an ActiveX control would make this quite easy, just need motifivation to write the content ._. [2013-10-05 11:14:07] <@tidbit> this was my idea of an interactive tutorial: http...

CAE: Certified AutoHotkey Engineer

From a discussion on IRC about "abbreviations make everything look professional" , we came up with the idea of: CAE: Certified AutoHotkey Engineer . It would look good on a resume. "I've had my C.A.E. for 6 years" Everyone thinks it's a good idea. But it has no meaning yet and it could be a lot of t...

Re: Test your Forum Posts

as an admin I have access to some of the CB:P options, but only like 5. No access to the script itself to change the <whatever language phpbb addons use>. also, I think what I described is the default behavior without CodeBlock:Plus. CBP just adds highlighting and download. edit: I disabled it as a ...

Re: Test your Forum Posts

Does the Codebox Plus annoy anyone else? It's "all or nothing, by default show all". I think it should have a minimum (and set minimum as default) of like 10-15 lines and expand to all if needed. The minimum should be scrollable too (Like it was on the old old forum) I'm not seeing any options or al...

Re: imgur

I think a main reason is that imgur is easy, minimal ads, direct links and they have a wide support of countries (if not all). Other services restrict to just the UK or US or Europe+US and nowhere else. Things like Dropbox, afaik, require your pc to be on at all times for others to access and view t...

Re: Autohotkey Livechat / Autohotkey IRC

Things to note: IRC is often times off-topic. So if you are waiting for us to 'stop' before you ask your question, don't . Just ask your question. And don't ask to ask , since you are still asking something just ask your real question. If anyone is around and willing to help, they will help. Help m...

Seems I was just being too harsh on myself, It's not as bad as I expected :D But this is a list of things I found: 1) section names visible to the user start at 1, but the urls start at 0. 1 - The basics ---- http://acorns.github.io/AHK_Tutorial/#s0 2) http://acorns.github.io/AHK_Tutorial/#s03 shoul...

iirc, that collapse button was a script that started to break, didn't work for everyone on every browser. and people on IRC are discussing highlighting as I type this.

IIRC, phpbb3 has support for sub forums. I could be wrong.
There should be a couple Games subforums like the other site.
