Re: Error using _Struct Topic is solved

Raises hand I have a problem. The main script is still going to be _L, where the threads need to be ran from a thread created with a DLL. Seems like the DLL doesn't support AhkThread(), keeps saying that it's a non-existent function. Puts me back where I started. Based off the structure I'm going f...

Re: Error using _Struct Topic is solved

I haven't looked into _H's features, so I was simply trying to move what I already had over. If AhkThread is supported in the DLL's, I would agree that's a better way to go. Means I have to actually re-write it all from scratch though. I'll try it and see how it goes. :)

Re: ScriptUp - Many scripts, One process

Thanks, glad you think so, joedf :) While I'm here, I may as well post an update to the current status of the update. I'm stuck with a bug that I can't get around, which is almost the whole point of creating a v1. It has to do with off-loading the threads to a separate thread. Simply, I can't. I've ...

the box asking for the camera source What "box" are you referring to? Anyways, works fine as-is. Cleaned it up a bit, though. SetWorkingDir %A_ScriptDir% detectHiddenWindows,on onExit, clean hModule := DllCall("LoadLibrary", "str", "avicap32.dll") Gui, -caption Gui, Add, Text, w1 h1 vVidPlaceholder ...

Re: Taking a picture with my webcam

Easy enough to just remove the gui elements and have it automate everything instead. But note that the stream needs to be opened first, so the cam control still needs to be in a gui, but you can just hide it.

Re: Send function to fill webforms Topic is solved

Try LastPass . It's significantly safer than keeping your credentials in plain-text like that. As for your problem though, try sendMode, input $#z::send {blind}{lwin up}{rwin up}[username]{tab}[password]{enter} If you're aiming specifically for Z/Shift+z sendMode, input $#+z::send {blind}{lwin up}{rwi...

Re: Masonjar13's Library List

Update!
Changed the readme; all functions and descriptions are now in a table.
I ripped out the guts from PinAuth/PIN class to make a base class for a db. PIN will now be an extended class of the db class.

Check the commit for more details!

Re: Script stopped working after updating AutoHotkey Topic is solved

Functions do not need to be defined inside the script. They can be included or auto-included from one of the library folders. That hasn't changed. However, if you look at the change-log, some of the built-in functions have been changed/added, such as min().

Re: Deleting all lines (except the ones containing a given keyword) in multiple txt documents?

Sure is, but if they have a lot of lines, it will take some time. Use a file-reading loop , then continue for each that doesn't have the keyword/phrase you're looking for. Use inStr() for checking that. Then, you can put all that into a file-loop , assuming all these files are in the same directory....

Error using _Struct Topic is solved

Once again, issues while trying to update ScriptUp. The main change is offloading all the child threads to a child thread. The sequence is: main script > offload thread > many child threads . I've tested running a DLL thread from a DLL thread and I recall it working before. I'm still using _MemoryLi...

Re: Help me Ply

Not sure what you're going for at this point. What I posted was a working example. Why your last code isn't working is because you have an else-else, which isn't a thing that you can do, because it doesn't make sense. I'll put what you have into words so that it might make more sense: do a search if...

Re: Please Help, New To AHK

Loop isn't reachable. A hotkey encountered by the auto-execute section prompts a return, so the loop will never execute. Easy solution: put the hotkeys below the loop.

Re: Weird stuff when using monitor through USB3->HDMI

Seems obvious to me: screen 3 is your "main" screen, the one that contains the task bar. Also, can't see the point of your script. Excessive amount of useless code there. The function isn't being called, nor is it needed: A_Ptr=8?"64-bit":"32-bit" . Monitor variables aren't being used either. Unless...

Re: Lib stays encrypted, gets decrypted automatically

In terms of keeping the library itself encrypted, but still have the ability to auto-include (if that's what you're going for), I have no idea how to do that. But, there's a few options for keeping encrypted library files. 1) Use Deo's library. You can encrypt the file beforehand, decrypt them in th...

You can use this library, which includes the unicode/ansi version of the GDIP library as well as the image search made by MasterFocus. I have a working example here.
