Re: GUI Creation

@Wolf_II nice.. I somehow missed seeing that new feature from 1.1.23.00.
+BarBreak might look better to help break up the menu cols.

You can make separate glabels for each button or do like in this example: #NoEnv ; Row 1 : Gui, Add, Button, x-4 y0 w70 h20 gButton, IMDB ; Col 1 Gui, Add, Button, x66 y0 w70 h20 gButton, HULU ; Col 2 Gui, Add, Button, x136 y0 w70 h20 gButton, AMAZON ; Col 3 Gui, Add, Button, x206 y0 w70 h20 gButton...

Re: focus on textbox and paste

You could probably just send the keystrokes directly to the control on a non-minimized not active window:

Code: Select all

SetTitleMatchMode, 2

IfWinExist, ShipWorks
    ControlSend, WindowsForms10.Edit.app.0.21af1a5_r32_ad12, ^v, Shipworks
return

gosub, SAVE will load the variables when the gui is shown. -16 (minus 16): Causes a vertical UpDown to be isolated; that is, it will have no buddy. This also causes the control to obey any specified width, height, and position rather than conforming to the size of its buddy control. In addition, an ...

Re: Photoshop save as script

N is just a short variable name you can change it to anything you like. N , Num, Number, or C , Cnt, Counter etc. N aka the variable name near the strings is where it's incrementing the variable. If you want to check what is currently selected in the dropdown try this: z:: ControlGetText, text, Comb...

Re: StringReplace - How to replace string at a given position?

As usual there are many ways to you can achieve this.

One example:

Code: Select all

Teaxt = 123456789
Loop, Parse, Teaxt ; replace every even char with a new char.
    txt .= (Mod(A_Index,2)=0) ? SubStr("[email protected]" Chr(0x221E), cnt="" ? cnt:= 1 : ++cnt, 1) : A_LoopField

MsgBox % txt

Re: Problem with GuiControlGet

If you want to get the position of a control you will need to specify which control.If not specified it will use the output variable as the control name. (MyEdit) vMyEdit would need to be specified on a control you add to the gui. Example: Gui, XPT100:font, s12 cwhite Arial Gui, XPT100:Add, Picture,...

Re: Why does this not work??

The %'s on the variable will still need to be removed in your dll call unless you want the contents of the variable to be passed as the variable name. The dll call is working when used without the %'s around the variable. Your script works like this when the LButton is down: it loops moving the mous...

Re: Why does this not work??

The :

Code: Select all

sleep, %delay%
works to make it backwards compatable with old scripts.

You can remove its %'s and it will work because the sleep command accepts expressions.

Code: Select all

sleep, delay    ; works!
You can also remove the $ on your LButton hotkey because mouse hotkeys are always hooked.
