Re: Facade Functional Programming Suite

From the documentation: Dict has the following methods: Dict.Count() Dict.HasKey(Key) Dict.Get(Key) Dict.Set(Key, Value) Dict.Delete(Key) Dict.Clone() Dict._NewEnum() Get(Key) reads the value associated with a key. However, in the Usage section the above methods appear with underscores (called funct...

Re: Facade Functional Programming Suite

Redux: My LIB folder now looks like this. I did read the installation instructions, but got confused. So everything is now in a LIB folder. Lib_contents.PNG Now I'm getting the following syntax errors from my little script: #Include <Dict> ChangoDict := Dict("one": 1, "two": 2) msgbox Dict_GetKey("o...

Re: Facade Functional Programming Suite

Shambles , I just took a look at the user documentation and, at first blush, I may well be able to use the Dict functions in an upcoming project. Regarding not trying the library yet, the same thing keeps me from my AutoHotkey projects in general - work pressure. Using AutoHotkey is fun and frequen...

Re: Facade Functional Programming Suite

@Shambles, thanks from me as well. I wish I could offer you some feedback, but I haven't had the opportunity to use the library yet.
I certainly hope to.

At any rate, your generosity in sharing your work is neither unnoticed nor unappreciated, believe me.

Re: Multiline .INI strings

@ahk7, thank you, excellent thought. Let me investigate that. Perhaps an advantage would be less possible interference with the content of the "victim" string.

Re: Multiline .INI strings

Thanks, I did know that, but I appreciate the reference.
If I'm not mistaken, this accounts for the different display of the delimiter in the .ini files, which is fine for my purposes.

Multiline .INI strings

Recently I've been jumping through hoops to get multiline strings into .INI key values, so I've tried to make my life a little easier in that regard. This multiline problem has been visited before, at least here and here . My primary concern was finding a replacement delimiter that wouldn't come bac...
