Re: [Script] KeypressOSD - Display key press on screen

Hi Marius,
Win 7- 64bit, AHK_H U64, as per usual.
In "typing mode only", "Enter" doesn't erase the text in the display when "Enter key erases text from the OSD" is checked (or not checked).
Everything in general still working great.

Re: [Script] KeypressOSD - Display key press on screen

Marius, I just tested both this version and the previous one on Win7 64-bit, AHK_H U64. Romanian keyboard screenshot: Everything seems to be working great on Win7. I haven't had a chance yet to try an XP VM. Sorry I'm having trouble with attachments, it seems to appear twice or not at all. Regards, ...

Re: [Script] KeypressOSD - Display key press on screen

Marius, thank you, that's really a big improvement, at least for me. I think it has also removed my issue (or non-issue, maybe) with the Shift behavior. Maybe that was addressed before, but regardless it's no problem for me after your latest update. Still working good on Win7 64-bit, AHK_H U64, Cyri...

Re: [Script] KeypressOSD - Display key press on screen

Hi Marius, I've just tested your script for the first time. I know Cyrillic support is not intended to be offered, but I thought maybe you'd like to know what happens when somebody tries it :) For me, Win7 64-bit, AHK_H U64, the Cyrillic letters display just fine, but a notification flashes back and...

Re: [Library] GuiVar - Use Gui as Variable Between AHK Scrip

I have been fascinated by classes and look for every opportunity to put another one together. I was intrigued by FG's use of a hidden Gui for cross communication between scripts. Well, here is the functionality in the form of a class. It may or may not be useful, but the more I worked with it, the ...

HIAC and Delta Pythagorean, thanks to both of you. DP, that's a nice GUI. Took a second to realize the button was to paste the clipboard :) Nice of you to not only give credit to HIAC in the GUI (not just the code!) but to also link HIAC's OP. Don't see that very often. Re: UiPath - Robotics Automation / Desktop Automation

E_Miranda, this is just my two cents' worth, of course: you don't have to give up AHK at all if you use UiPath. One distinct advantage is it doesn't cost a thing to install it and experiment. I did, got my certification, and the price was certainly right. I don't have that much experience either wit...

Thank you very much, iseahound. I have used it in a UiPath workflow to add subtitles as part of a text-to-speech activity that also uses AHK.

Re: [Function] WinRestorePlus

Thanks, iPhilip, works exactly as described on my Win7, 64-bit, AHK 1.1.26.01. I tried it with A32_L, U32_L, U64_L, A32_H, U32_H, and U64_H, all work great.
I appreciate you sharing it!

robmar-zl, it certainly did help! Very nice. I updated the HotkeyManagerEN.ahk code above to reflect that and added your hot_strings.ahk to my LIB folder.
Attractive, interesting and useful script, well done, and thanks again.

Re: Examples of Non-Standard GUIs (ActiveX, GDI, etc.)

I used hotstrings.ahk by Polythene, since I couldn't find hot_strings.ahk. /* Function: hotstrings Dynamically adds regular expression hotstrings. Parameters: c - regular expression hotstring a - (optional) text to replace hotstring with or a label to goto, leave blank to remove hotstring definition...

Pulover, I can't believe I found this at the very moment I needed it. What a gift. Very nice indeed!
I was just about to try a ListBox and Sift, but this will certainly get me going faster.

Pretty nice, jeeswg. Here's your code with the WBGet function pasted in at the bottom, in case that link disappears :) Also Alt-Escape bails out. ;https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_countries_and_dependencies_by_population ;Variables and Expressions ;https://autohotkey.com/docs/Variables.htm#Buil...

Thanks, digimystigi. I especially like the static array code and Piped_CtrlvNames. That should come in handy.

Re: Damerau-Levenshtein Distance - Fuzzy searches

Thanks, nnnik and iPhilip, that's cool. I wrapped iPhilip's code in a function so it would work with a "Run Auto Hot Key Script" [sic] Activity in UiPath Studio, which I posted at https://forum.uipath.com/t/levenshtein-distance/7068/6 , linking back to this post. I also modified it so it will give b...

CLR_H.ahk

I imagine this has been done, but I haven't seen it anywhere. I needed to use CLR.ahk with AutoHotkey.dll in UiPath, and it threw an error regarding declaration of built-in variables, in the case "null". I just changed "null" to "nulo" everywhere in the library and it worked. Also works with AHK_L, ...
