Re: RegExMatch() get all matches

Don't really understand Regex, help is much appreciated. You might wanna look at general regex ( not ahk specific ), many sites offers explanations and ways to test regexes like http://regexr.com/ AHK might have some specific synthax mostly regarding EscapeChars . I can't test codes atm but you mig...

Re: Cont figure out what's wong with FileMove in my script

FileMove, %A_LoopFileDir%\%A_LoopFileName%\%A_LoopFileName%.mp3, %ProDir%\%A_LoopFileName% Real quick I would say that the source doesn't exist ... why is A_LoopFileName in there twice ? I'm not even sure that FileMove will create new folders but I can be wrong. FileMove , SourcePattern, DestPatter...

A class is mainly composed of variables ( aka attributes ) and functions ( aka methods ) and some special subroutines. __New is the constructor ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Constructor_(object-oriented_programming) ) __Delete is the destructor ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Destructor_(computer_...

Re: Using an Array in ControlGetText? Topic is solved

You are trying to assign values to myArray keys within your loop, but myArray isn't even an array. Good point ! Do you know what the new keyword does? If not, then why are you using it? Maybe he's trying to learn ? Like maybe myArray[A_Index] := {myVar1 : "test", myVar2 : "default", myVar3 : "rando...

Re: [Help] Special characters in variable returns a code Topic is solved

My problem is, it appears that the special character is converted to some sort of code by AHK. This occurs because your script file (.ahk) is encoded in UTF-8. You can change the encoding by opening in Notepad, Save As ... choose Unicode from the encoding DDL at the bottom. You could also use the u...

Re: How do I program a button to double-click by clicking only once

How do the scripts execute? Have a look at the tutorial, this is explained in the basics. https://autohotkey.com/docs/Tutorial.htm Also I see variables like xbutton where I assume x is the number of the of the button. BUT I can't find any documentation as to which buttons are 1, 2, 3, and 4. Have a...

Seems simple enough, I would encourage you to give it a try. Have a look at the tutorial https://autohotkey.com/docs/Tutorial.htm Try to get started then post your code with more specific questions. Maybe a context-sensitive hotkey would be a good place to start ... https://autohotkey.com/docs/Hotke...

This defines your base object testObj := {myVar1 : "test", myVar2 : "default", myVar3 : "random"} This creates an instance of the base object myobj := new testObj The created instance has no variables ... the variables belongs to the base object ( this is why JSON.Dump() shows as empty ) When 'getti...

Re: Dequeue a class via an enumeration loop

Nah, in the end to dequeue the array completely it takes two loops, cuz .Delete(index) just deletes the value and the key stays put, which leads to odd behaviour when implementing the UndoHistory into the app. Im forced use .RemoveAt(Index) to remove the empty key in the second loop. That's what I ...
