Re: Make .AHK Files With One Hotkey

This really isn't that useful, sorry to be honest. If you'd like to use this, fine by me, but I will say, this would be more useful: ; Saves the clipboard to a new script file on the desktop. Re: Visual studio Vs Sublime Vs Scite. Fight!

Sublime Text is very touchy when it comes to the syntax highlighting and overall work put into just using it. But it is workable and easily manageable if you have used Python before. I highly recommend looking into it of you're tired of NPP tossing you around with it's horrible custom syntax highlig...

Re: AHK HTML Editor test (W.I.P.)

I think it'd be better to attach the AHK gui to the IE window and then have the IE window be its own thing.

Also, I highly suggest putting most of these actions into menus instead of having everything be button-based.

Re: AHK HTML Editor test (W.I.P.)

So far, I love the idea and the work you put into it, but I think you could definitely work on getting this to be a lot easier to not only use, but read in your code. As of right now, I'm currently working on that. I'd love to see anyone else chipping in and getting this to fully be functional and w...

What could you return that could give something from the global scope when nothing is called that is global besides some variable?

AHK Custom Ribbon

Anyone figured out how to do a custom ribbon control? I've managed to get this to work using the 32 bit unicode AHK executable. Sleep command executes before other code.

I've been having this problem, especially in newer scripts where I have a command before the sleep command, and it sleeps for the specified amount of time before the other code is. I'm curious if it's Windows 10's sleep function being weird or something related to AHK. Either way, it's quite confusi...

Re: Can i put shift into a hotstring?

Why not use this:

Code: Select all

~Shift Up::
KeyWait, a, d t0.75
; Your code
Return
There's no need for a hotstring.
