Seen that was kinda cheesy and the nudity/sex scenes didn't help too much (I prefer story. not hotties and violence. It doesn't hurt, though. If kept under control). But not too bad either.

Re: How Can Rockets Travel To The Moon, If MoonTravels at 6m
So just how many rockets have we made, which travel at 6 million kilometres per hour, & who gets to clean up 6 million kph pile ups in space ... Other info: Our average shuttle/rocket and ISS travels at about 27,500kmh . Satellites can vary. Space debris is a MASSIVE problem. http://en.wikipedia.or...

Re: How Can Rockets Travel To The Moon, If MoonTravels at 6m
Roony: When you're sitting in a car that is traveling 60 MPH you are actually moving even though you're sitting down. So although you're not moving (such as walking/running) but the car is, you're ON the car (in it, on the seat/floor). Its speed is transfered to you. So infact you are also moving 60...

Re: Class: Console - Standardized Console GUI with Methods
fixed the above bug
I used this class to debug this class
Code: Select all
a:= new console("a",32,232,400,452,0)
a.show()
o:={"deer":"animal",33:[11,{"q":1,"w":2,"e":3,1:4},2],"apple":"car"}
a.log(o)
a.log()
o:=[1,2,[11,22,[111,222,333,[1111,2222]],33],3,4]
a.log(o)
return
esc::exitApp

Re: Class: Console - Standardized Console GUI with Methods
You're welcome :D small update 1.1 when using console.log(OBJECT or ARRAY), any keys with strings are now quoted. {"deer":1,33:[11,{"q":1,"w":2,"e":3,1:4},2],"apple":"car"} arr[33] arr[33,1] = 11 arr[33,2] arr[33,2,1] = 4 arr[33,2,"e"] = 3 arr[33,2,"q"] = 1 arr[33,2,"w"] = 2 arr[33,2,3] = 2 arr["app...

Great release I would also like to thank Lexikos as the PrintArray function is based on his ExploreObj() (but pretty much unnoticeable now).

Re: New games ...
exactly (@ Lexikos). By the time a system is out that wants to use SSD's for game cartridges, maybe in like 5-10 years, they will be as cheap as USB and SD/microSD chips are now (well, not quite as cheap, but a lot cheaper than $100 for 40GB). SSD's as far as I know, have speed benefits that flash/s...

Re: New games ...
So you think that waiting 24 hours makes it more fun? Or that paying real $ to speed up that 24 hour wait is more fun?
The older one you get the action, building, fun stuff much faster. in ~2 minutes (with only the purchase of the game) that room is built.

Re: New games ...
Go compare both Dungeon Keeper videos in the link on the first post
that's comparing your #1 to #3. Wait 2 minutes for your enjoyment or wait 24 hours, unless you pay to speed it up?

it is, but rather the amount of code behind it and the graphical quality, etc. I would have to saay otherwise.. on the code part. Older games were made in much harder languages, like ASM. Building a city or railroad simulator with roads, random city genereration, pedestrials, all sorts of stats, et...

I've been saying what this article basically says for years. http://www.baekdal.com/opinion/how-inapp-purchases-has-destroyed-the-industry/ games from the early 2000s and earlier: Devs spend 5+ years making a fully featured awesome game with a crapload of content that takes 30+ hours to beat.
