wish UrlDownloadToFile could specify the name automately

wish if i run the command:
UrlDownloadToFile, https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2186537
it could download file as "dotnetfx35.exe" automately and set it to variable

Fwlink applies to linkids in an internal Microsoft database, see here. There's millions of linkids, you could set up a crawler to build a reference list, it will be only be good for a limited time as MS are likely to re-use links from decommissioned products.
