AutoHotkey as Standard User Topic is solved

1) I have a suggestion for the Launch Config: disable the UI Access checkboxes if UIAccess variants of AHK are unavailable. If AHK is installed as a standard user (places inside the AppData folder) then AutoHotkey64_UIA.exe and AutoHotkey32_UIA.exe are not included in the installation, yet the checkboxes make it seem like UI Access is still available. Checking the checkboxes does nothing because AHK defaults to the non-UIAccess version. This makes it seem like UIAccess is not working, where it actually is unavailable.

2) Launching Window Spy from a running script (right-clicking the icon in the icon bar and selecting Window Spy) does not work if AHK is installed only as a standard user. Launching it from Dash works properly.

Both are implemented by v2.0.16.

It is possible, though unusual, for _UIA.exe to be present for some versions and not others. v2.0.16 only disables the checkbox if there are none present. Because individual script requirements can take precedence over the preferences set in the GUI, the value of the checkbox can be used even if the preferred version has no _UIA.exe.
