FormatTime includes:

ShortDate Short date representation for the current user's locale, such as 02/29/04

I propose the addition of:

• ShortDateDF Short date representation for the current user's locale, in dd/mm/yy format, such as 29/02/04

• ISODate ISO date (yyyy-mm-dd) representation for the current user's locale, such as 2004-02-29

I regret that I am not a coder, so cannot submit a patch.
