[V2-B4] Invalid hotkey Topic is solved

This hotkey is normal in B3, in B4 it reports an error:.

Error: Invalid hotkey.

The program will exit.

Remove the space ~ CapsLock. I can't see any support for any white space between modifiers and keys in the docs. It doesn't seem to work with any hotkeys in v1 either.
