WindowSpy Flicker

On my Windows 7 64 bit machine the txtNotFrozen variable has a nasty flicker. Is there any way to stop it flickering? The old AU3_Spy.exe does not have this problem. Thanks

I've made a pull request to fix the flickering for all controls of Window Spy.
