shift 3 not working

ok so, shift + 3 works perfectly fine, unless I have an autohotkey script running. Not sure if it's linked or not but the problem only occurs when I have a script running. It's not like a new symbol appears, when pressed, nothing happens. No symbol or anything. Even when playing games and I'm holding shift for something and I need to press 3, the 3 doesnt do anything. 3 on its own without shift being held is fine.

I can't reproduce it with AHK 1.1.32.00.
What's the script(s) you are running when this happens ?
(a minimal script version that allows to reproduce the behaviour would be fine)
