[Fixed] CHM: "comments in scripts" link jumps 'short'

In the CHM file:
When I select comments in scripts in the index, the page jumps to the top of the Scripts.htm page, not to the Scripts.htm#Comments tag.

I already fixed this prior to the v1.1.21.03 release, only a couple of weeks ago. It had been pointed at the top of the page for years. Do you have v1.1.21.03?
