Can't resist, this may be the funniest reply I've read from lexikos:
Coco wrote:... will you also consider Backport v2 quoted literal "strings"/'strings' duality.? You did mention it here.
lexikos wrote:As implied by omission from my previous post, I do not plan to implement it ...
... gotta love the level of directness :)

Note: I'm not bashing Coco in the least ... I thought it was a pretty legit question at first ...

Lol. Yeah, I had my doubts that he had decided not to implement it but I thought I'd give it a try. Had he not mentioned it in the post I linked, I probably wouldn't have proceeded.

I was reading through a few posts we had back and forth about some GUI changes and (taken out of context) in that was this line:
lexicos wrote:so perhaps I'll do what I normally do in such cases: nothing.

Also, to say nothing in a topic specifically about him lol

haha. yeah. We did this for tank once. I remember everyone had a quote of his in their signature. I was something like: Unfortunately, COM for Dummies is a lot like Brain Surgery for Dummies. In the end, you're just going to have to learn it

Just ran into one that made me chuckle:

"v1.1.19.03 can't run broken scripts any more than other versions."

This was in response to someone suggesting a newer version will solve a problem they have.

My favorite thing was when people kept refering to him as lexicos so he finally made an account to match it

Hahaha!
Of course; if it was inevitable, there would be little point in Lexikos' previous argument.
