Similar with Razer Macro Record Delay

Hi! can someone help me to use script for normal keyboard similar with Razer Macro. I want to make letter R to 0.365 seconds delay

I think you need to explain what you need more clearly.

You want it so that when you hit R on your keyboard, it does nothing for 0.365 seconds, then hits R?
I don't see any use for that, so I guess you want something else.

Please try putting it in terms like "I hit key X, then it does Y after Z seconds"

Or maybe you want it to hit R every 0.365 seconds?
What starts / stops it?
