GW2 personal DPS meter?

Could I use this https://autohotkey.com/board/topic/4206 ... -89-fixed/ to create a personal DPS meter for GW2?
Has anyone used AHK to create a DPS meter for any Direct X games that don't support addons?

The overlay alone is not enough. You would need to know how to get the data and parse it accordingly. That's also if it's not against the ToS.
