Setting up a Delay in Macros. Topic is solved

So, I'm looking around & one thing I cannot find is as follows:

I want to be able to press a single key, say... "\"

And I'd like it to immediately Send "1" wait for a second, Send "2" wait for a second and Sent "3"

Any suggestions as to how I would do this?
