Looking for a Rapidfire Script

I would like to ask for help for a Rapidfire Script.

Here´s the Idea..
I have 2 different Weapon Slots.
1. is Primary Weapon
2. is Secondary Weapon

Both Weapons cannot be shot at the same time
Shooting is with Left Mousebutton

I would like to:
- Activate Rapidfire for either primary or secondary, or, sometimes, also both Weapon Slots.
-- Activating Primarys Rapidfire Fire with LShift and Mousewheel up/Deactivating Primarys Rapidfire Fire with LCtrl and Mousewheel up
-- Activating Secondarys Rapidfire Fire with LShift and Mousewheel down/Deactivating Primarys Rapidfire Fire with LCtrl and Mousewheel down

Script is for Battle Royale Shooter. I am handicapped, so pressing the mouse button over and over again for a long time becomes tiring for me.
