Script for a video game

Hello everyone,
so I'm completly new to this kind of scipting. I wanted to write a script, that would "look" at a certain part of screen, and recognize a letters that look like this:

and after recognizing the 3 letters, it'd "press" these 3 buttons on keyboard. They are showing up randomly and in different order. There also can be three "Q"'s or three "E"s.
So, how do I do that?
