Mouse input into two keyboard keys output

Hello, I need some help in something (or to even know it's possible), I want use the mouse to control the aim in a game (bonk.io) that can only go left and right, my idea is to use the movement of the mouse, and not the position it self (final position - initial position) to translate into the two keys, to get a result similar like this (gif), and by the way I don't know much about codes and stuff
