remap analog control to Numpad Keypads

I have gamepad similar to PS2 Controller for the PC
I want that when I use the move left analog control up will send Numpad8
When I will move it up and right it will send Numpad9
When I will move it right it will send Numpad 6
can someone please help me with it?

Need to send NUMPAD 9 when joystick UP and Right
