run help

I'm fairly new to AHK, but I'm using run command to select URL's on a website, I want AHK to just use the same window but when I press the command I made it populates a whole new window, which wouldn't be an issue if I didn't need to use the url 30 or 40 times in an hour, here's the basic script

+w::
run, (URL)
Return


Is there any way I can made the command use the same window on Google Chrome, or is it always going to just open new windows? Thank you for those who take the time to answer, I'm sure this is pretty simple, but I've failed terribly at finding any information on it.
