MAME coin credit issue

Hi all,
Some nice people have sent me to you guys for help with a small issue I have.
I have MAME wired through an ipac ultimarc connected to a standard coin mech.
When I insert 1 coin, I get 1 credit.
I want MAME to register 3 credits instead.
someone said I could write a AHK script and all my troubles will fade away.
Can anyone help me out?

PS: I think all I need is... how do I tell Keyboard 5 to register 3 times instead of 1 (Inserting a coin is the same as pressing button 5)
