Scanning an area for color change.

I want to create something of an autopilot for a VSRG game. What I want it for auto hotkey to scan a pixel (or multiple pixels if possible) so once it changes from black to any color (or a specific color if possible again) it sends an input to press a key. I know in fact that AHK can do it since I saw a csgo trigger bot made this way. I am not good with writing scripts at all I only know the basics so if theres anyone that can help me Id appreciate it.
