Script Request: Searching for a color excluding designated regions

I would like to be able to continually search for the colour "0x0031BF (RGB)" within the region (42, 1083), (380, 1414) and with 4 hotkeys (for example numpad1, numpad2, etc.) so that when I myself physically move my mouse to a coordinate and press numpad1, the search ignores 200 radius from that point. When the colour is found, soundbeep occurs once and the script continues searching for the colour.

I tried playing around with looping pixelgetcolour and pixelsearch and it is not feasible at all (going through hundreds of thousands of pixels is way too slow).
