Movements not tracked

I used Pulovers Macro Maker to make automation for farming sugar cane in Minecraft. When I record my movements they appear in the macro, but when I play the macro back they do not control my player, but they do type the letters out when opening the text. Does minecraft have a system to prevent macros and moving their character or am I doing something wrong.

All games have that "system". You must simulate key presses in order for them to be detected.
