[DOTA2] Skywrath Mage - Auto casting 1st skill to the recent target

I have just figured out that there is a script in CSGO allowing auto-trigger. Is this kind of script possible in DOTA2? Can it be applied to create a script that is able to auto spamm SM's first skill?
