REALLY need some code written

Hello, I'm looking for some code. First, I have to mention that aside from what we learned at school about C++ this and last year, plus a tiny bit of HTML, I know nothing about coding. So, essentially I need a code that would do this:

1. hold down the right mouse button;
2. Press and hold A for 9 seconds, then do the same with D and would alternate between them after each 9 seconds are over.

Help would be greatly appreciated. Sorry in advance if there already was a topic similar to this one already or I posted this in a wrong forum.
