simple fishing bot

trying to make a simple fishing bot for wow

I want the bot to do the casting only as I will be at the keyboard, I will do the finding of the float and the right click, below is what I have come up with so far, I have a "sleep 30000" that I want to replace with the script knowing when I have right clicked but I can't seem to work out how to code it, any help would be appreciated, TIA.
