"read" the chat box in order to interact with certain phrases?

I have a game (Lords Mobile) that also has a chat box, do you think it is possible in some way to "read" the chat box in order to interact with certain phrases?
I use the game under a NOX emulator, so I don't know if it is possible to read certain memory locations.
Another idea could be "search" predefined images with predefined writings.
