Completely new to this, just need help with a very simple XBOX 360 controller Macro.

I don't need help with joysticks or anything; I'm using the old rubber band method for that. I just need help making a macro that will basically pull the right trigger every second or so as a toggle. So basically it would be as if I was pulling the right trigger every second or so.
