Red Dead Redemption 2 Autohotkey Capture Issue

Hi there, I am trying to a make a series of hotkeys for the mini game in single player called Five Finger Fillet. On PC using keyboard.
The issue is it works outside the game in notepad browser no problem but the moment I play RDR2 it does not register my key press.
Tried running the script with admin privileges no luck, anyone out there can help me?

A bit embarrassed to admit this but I kinda have butter fingers. (PS. this is not my code it is created by Paneb I just changed the trigger key and action keys https://autohotkey.com/board/topic/148835-a-sequence-of-characters-one-at-a-time-when-i-press-the-hotkey/)

Thank you, I will research this with the links provided. Will take me awhile starting from zero though all those codes may as well be in another language lol

I made one and it works for me, but I have to change the letters each time the game changes.
To activate the script I press [
To pause the script all i have to do is press F12
