I am trying to use AHK to change the size of EverQuest, it works fine after I'm logged in.
The problem is before I get to character select the change size doesn't work. (not using patcher)
Have you found any stubborn programs before? and is there a workaround for stubborn programs?
I'm using WinMove to set the size/position.
Resize game window (EverQuest)
Re: Resize game window (EverQuest)
Hallo,
I don't know anything about any games, but
I have been using for many years ResizeEnable.

Click and drag to resize the stubborn window, makes Autohotkey for me when WinMove fails

Re: Resize game window (EverQuest)
It isn't that the window can't be resized manually, its that AHK won't do it.
It already has the ability to drag it smaller/larger, and part of my script is:
WinSet Style, -0xC00000
WinSet Style, -0x40000
to remove my ability to accidentally do it.
Even after removing the styles that would let you resize manually, AHK can still do it.
But it cannot do it before I'm at character select for some reason.
