Color Finding / Centered Camera Rotation / Walk Function / Color Clicking

I completely suck at this software. I need to make a script which rotates the games camera by dragging it multiple times to one side if it doesn't find the color. Then it needs to be able to find the closest in position color on the screen that matches the requested one. Which then it moves the camera position until it's centered on that color found. Only guessing this would be based on how close it is to the center. Then determined by how much distance the color is from it This would also decide which side the camera also then rotates to center it. After which it then presses and holds the W key down in order to walk to that color. Then finally the bot would click on that color requested after all that has been completed. If any of this is not possible to be made just show me a working function of what is possible out of this.
