Real time OCR and alert when specific text appear in specific area

It is posible to make something like a real time text reader and pop some alert (a msgbox or sound) or do a specific action when a predefined text appear in that area?
Something like CoordMode Pixel
For example
This script, when I have a specific color in one selected area, do a thing, I need something like this, but for text, if text appear there, do a thing..
Example script with pixelsearch that I speak above:

I was trying to find something like this, but never seen...
(I assume that I will need to add font style/size and/or background color)
It need to identify for:
Word1, Word2, Word3
If any of this (either word1, word2 or word3) appear in that specific area, pop up a msgbox or play a "ding" sound or do an action (Press X for example)
all of this with continuous loop (To always scan that area)

I need this for Cabal Online, but will be useful for other games too, like others rpgs (With a chat in it) or for valve games (When something appear in console or in game chat) etc...

First of all, I want to know if this thing is possible using ahk! :think:

And Area where it should search for this is "1, 386, 415, 634" (X in, Y in, X out, Y out) (I think that will be faster if it need to scan a certain area, instead of scanning entire display)
So, I dont know how to actually implement it to work...
When it found that text in certain area, it should:
SoundBeep, 750, 1000 ;1sec
Sleep, 10000 ;10sec
If text is no longer exist (After that 10 sec of sleep, simply scan and wait for other text to appear)

Oke, I found a way to do this thing... But for now I dont know how to merge this 2 scripts together, and I need to run two instances...

How can I merge them together... If Text1 is shown, SoundBeep, 750, 500 and Sleep, 10000. Else if Text2 is Shown, SoundBeep, 750, 100 and Sleep, 5000. If no one is shown, continue scanning... (I think I have much more details in my script who I dont need it, that's just because code was made with " Capture Image To Text And Find Text Tool " wich originally show a msgbox when text is found, with
