We need a script that can rotate the character in the game, that is, moved the mouse so that the character turns, say 90 degrees to the left, or something else

I'm not sure how the reader can turn your description into a script. Perhaps you can explain the actual mouse movement that is needed. Think of (describe) what you are doing to the mouse or keyboard.
