Is there any way to use AHK pixelsearch/imagesearch in fullscreen mode in games?

Same goes to PrintScreen key in the keyboard, if you try to paste it in paint it will be blank screen everything black.
Is there any way to use fullscreen and keep the focus in the game? So the printscreen key will print actual game screen and pixel/image search will also work?
