Why would I ask that if I thought it was the right thread? ciantic appears to be a relatively new user who hasn't posted in this thread or about any of the topics discussed in this thread. What are you "willing to help" with, why tell ciantic, and why tell us you told ciantic?

The answer is:

Short version:

Long version:
"I have expressed to Tank that I would be willing to help ..." = "I have expressed to user ciantic I would be willing to help."
Both statements are useless.
If I believe to know how to help the user ciantic, I just do it.
If she/he believes to know what has to be done she/he should tell Tank what he would do.
To "express to be willing to help" in public seems to aim at another target.
