I suggest to keep the old forum database accessible like it is now, as a read-only archive; and maintain the "purity" of this new forum.

Perhaps we could make it more accessible though. Instead of only being able to access it through search, we could make a sub-forum called "Archived Forum" with a description like:
"A dump of the pre-2012 autohotkey.com forum.
Note: Some/most links will be dead because the autohotkey.net service has been discontinued."

It is available as a normal forum too. A phpBB redirect forum could be set up to point to this archive.

I asked this question because - unlike many others - I totally stopped all activities in the poly forum. So ahkscript.org is my one and only AHK forum, and I'd like to have some of my script 'babies' here. As long as it was planned to transfer the contents, I didn't want to interfere by own activities. Well, I'll start now.

BTW: Is anyone else interested in a v2 forum branch, or is it just me?

Depending on how Lexikos feels i can either publish a seperate forum for v2 or create a subforum here. but i think for the sake of purity it really should be seperate some how

Whatever you call it, IMO it should be a complete copy of the 'AutoHotkey' (sub)forum.
