...Or create thoses forums before we ask for create them, and make more readable the first page, we don't need moderator but to watch if there will be an activity, if that works then rules will come.
In normal way, non-english communities are too small for create or maintain a website, then we have to create a home for them, this is a role of a volunteers organization because for exemple never 20 russians will be there at same time to defend their rights and agree about a forum creation (but work at long-term, still visible on first page, just a small activity)...
Also it can be a chance to have more traffic, and create a trend inside a country against other scripting language... and a lot of scripts are specific of a language (hook, remap, hotkey, hostring, keyboard layout, unicode problem, etc)...
So, I am serious, a good start with the top ten of internet, 5 latin, 3 logograph, 1 cyrillic, 1 abjad

Else, you take ONU languages and you add "losers" of the second world war...

Sorry for hindi, italian, turkish, polish, greek, etc...

With this tree, the main board is clean and we can still acces in one click to a subforum of a specific language.
The display of this list (tree) take less size than german+chinese expanded forum on the main board page (one big box and one line for subforum... as we see the useless "gaming" subforum )
Also We don't need many sub-forums, two is enough (kind of temp and perma, and maybe a 3th for other speech and offtopic), otherwise it is ugly and unnecessary (too tiny traffic, don't do like the current splitted german forum)...
