Download Page Not Accessible in Chrome Topic is solved

In Chrome 76.0.3809.132 (Official Build) (64-bit), the "Other Versions" hyperlink cannot be activated to get to the Download Page. No problem in e.g. Edge, as the #Key Features bouncing arrow is located a few pixels further up. Can't remember it being an issue with yesteryear editions of Chrome, but posted here In case other users get same.

I can't reproduce it. Using the same version, it works here.
Perhaps some css problem in certain resolutions, window sizes...

If I had thought of restarting Chrome before posting the issue, it wouldn't have been posted. Issue no more, sorry.
