[CMD] Keyhh - chm keyword lookup from the command-line

27 Jan 2014, 19:52

For example, search the keyword "IsCompiled" in AutoHotkey.chm:

Code: Select all

KeyHH.exe -MyHelp -#klink "IsCompiled" "D:\Program Files\AutoHotkey\AutoHotkey.chm"
By the way, you can open specific section using hh.exe:

Code: Select all

hh mk:@MSITStore:D:\Program Files\AutoHotkey\AutoHotkey.chm::/docs/Variables.htm#IsCompiled
The official website of keyhh is http://www.keyworks.net/keyhh.htm, but it is now unavailable.
:arrow: You can access the backup page from http://web.archive.org/web/201101131828 ... /keyhh.htm.

:idea: Any time you want to visit a closed/unavailable webpage, you can try http://web.archive.org. ;)

I found out recently that its: can be used in place of mk:@MSITStore:. Also, hh.exe can be used to view any webpage and IE can be used to view CHM files (using an its:filename::topic URL).
