Without even referencing the AHK forum, the original topic and the original author Ruevil2. And it seems to be posted by the forum owner himself.
It even leaves out additional links that are present in the original.

Then there is this picture on the start page which mentions an outdated AHK version and doesn't even link to AuoHotkey.com: https://scriptmime.com/static/media/ahkpic.8692a66f.png (although it clearly looks like hyperlinks).

I don't even want to look further at this rip-off...!

I'm surprised people didn't mention Pastebin, which is among the easiest to get code up for sharing. You can just put code up and then give out a link. You also can create an account, and then organize all the code posted under that account name.

There is also GitHub Gist, which is a kind of alternative to Pastebin for quick code posting. Here too, you can setup an account, so that all of your postings are under that account name.

Other possibilities not mentioned is Google drive and Yandex. With these, you can offer a public link and put all of your scripts there. The issue here though is that I think the code is not displayed unless you put it as a .txt file. Otherwise they would have to download it, before seeing it. With Pastebin and GitHub Gist, code is easier to see in the browser, by default.

Google Drive has a couple of options, where you create a public link that search engines can find, or a private link that is not. For the private link, other persons would have to know the exact link, in order to find the data. Not as good as password protection, but still the possibility of guessing the link name is remote.

Cool. Thanks for the responses. I tried pastebin, I cannot get the desktop app to work, and I just dont like that fact. So, with gist, I can upload via github desktop right? I'll probably use that

download Wamp or something similar and host directly from your IP address. Free unless you want to buy a domain, or you can use a free domain forwarding service.
